Fantastic base for 2 nights in Aix-en-Provence, extremely convenient and well-kept hotel. Good sized, brand-new units provided with a very modern bathroom and delightful balcony, for example. Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location adjacent to Aix-en-Provence, historic center and the old town and restaurants in a very pleasant area...

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The location here is fantastic, just a short walk to everything we wanted, and the surroundings are really nice; our room had central heating, a safe for laptops, and a TV with multiple channels.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and had all the amenities we needed, including a fantastic shower and comfy bed. The location was perfect - within walking distance of all the attractions, restaurants, and bars. The staff, especially Diana, were incredibly helpful and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. The garage parking was a convenient bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even offered us an upgrade without any additional expenses. The breakfast was wonderful, with a good selection of high-quality food. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk to the main fountain at the bottom end of Cours Mirabeau, the heart of the city. It's also very near the train station, which is convenient for travelers. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Kate. She was always ready to assist and made me feel like a valued customer.

The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was situated in a quiet part of town but still within walking distance to everything in the center of the city. It made me feel like I was part of the action, without any of the noise and chaos. The staff here were excellent and provided top-notch service, from room service to laundry to airport shuttle. They even welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The room amenities were impressive, with features such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I especially enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The separate tub and shower in the bathroom were a nice touch, and the free toiletries provided added a luxurious feel to my stay. the quality of service and comfort at this hotel exceeded my expectations.

As party people, we loved the vibrant and modern atmosphere of the hotel. The junior suite we stayed in was fabulous and spacious. The 24/7 vend of any drink allowed us to enjoy a glass of wine late at night and conveniently add it to our bill.

We felt most welcome during our stay and had nothing to complain about.
